Recently my 3 month old NAS packed in but the drives were OK. It occurred to me that having encryption for me was a drawback. If it wasn’t on I could remove the drives and put them in any generic drive bay.
Is it possible to use the NAS without encryption?

I wouldn’t think they would like you to switch off encryption and make it generic.
How ever I have tried submitting to WD but the drop down country entry wont work so it wont send.
