Both drive leds blinking red

hello,

after taking mycloud mirror 4tb  from the ac, and reconnecting again after 10 minutes, both drive leds are blinking red.

the lan connection is stable blue, but i also cannot connect to it over mycloud-dashboard. there it comes the login data, and after login in, it shows that i should install 2 drives.

im lost. i wanted to test with the dashboard if one drive is broken, but it seems that there is another problem.

any ideas?

everything okai again, i mixed up the adapter for mycloud and fritzbox-router.same size… both working again correct…puuuuhhh
