Bad Warranty Service - who else can I contact?

Hi all - So my  My Book Live died at the start of May and after some problems arranging an RMA collection I finally managed to get it shipped off to Malaysia for warranty service (I live in Australia). Towards the end of June a replacement finally arrived but the power supply was DOA. Since then I’ve sent multiple emails from support only to be told “they are looking into it”. They now appear to have stopped even replying to my emails as I sent one last weekend and havent recieved any reply. So I’ve now been waiting for the replacement PSU for over 6 weeks and been without a working drive for over 3 months and am starting to get more than a little angry. I mean how hard is it to send out a replacement power supply?

Does anyone know if there is anyone else I can contact that might be able to get this sorted?

Its not my fault that WD shipped my replacement drive out with a dead power supply and I cant believe it should take this long just to ship a replacement. At this rate I’d rather WD just refunded my purchase price and I could go and buy another drive from a complany that actually has functioning customer support.

I would expect a MOD or WD Staff to PM you today to resolve your issue

I escalated this.  Someone will be in touch with you soon.  Also keep an eye on your private messages.

Thanks but almost a week later and no PM and no other contact. Really not acceptable - all I want is a working PSU!

It’s looks like we got in touch with you after all.  Hope everything turns out better.
