Be able to change the name of existing backup. Right now it’s called other backup. Would be nice to be able to give it a more memorable name with the date included!
Did you try changing it in the backup software? Some backup software can be cranky if you delete or rename files without going through the software that created it.

I’m using WD’s Smartware software for backup right now. It isn’t very user friendly it seems. At least for us noobs.
I’ve tried changing the names of the backups, but there is no option for it. At least that I can find. And there is no option to backup windows either, which is silly at best in my estimation! So these things would be nice additions to the WD Smartware. Unless of course these things are there just not obvious for the noob. If Smartware was more usable I’d pay a little for it, but as it is even for free it’s not that great. I’m hoping to find something better but not having much luck unless I want to pay 50 bucks for it.
