I don’t see anything in the manual about backing up multiple PCs on one My Passport unit. How do I do that and keep them separate?

Yes! you can take the backup from the multiple computers, for that you need to install the WD backup software in each computer. This way when you plug in your My Passport with the computer it will automatically takes the backup.
