Backup content WD mycloud in Time Machine

Hello!

Is posible backup content WD mycloud in Time Machine? In Time Machine I can see my others external USB connected to my Mac but I can’t see WD my cloud.

Yes. See Chapter 4 Backing Up and Retrieving Files, Using Apple Time Machine, in the My Cloud User Manual (http://www.wdc.com/wdproducts/library/?id=439&type=25) for more information on how to backup to the My Cloud using Apple’s Time Machine.

Can your Mac access the My Cloud using the Finder and or using a web browser (to access the Dashboard)?

If Finder cannot access the My Cloud then its a good bet that Time Machine won’t access the My Cloud.

Timemachine cannot backup from remote disks, only local HFS disks.

If you want to backup your NAS, use either the build in backup program, or better use rsync with a custom made script.
