Backing up files from on and before a certain date from My Book World Edition II

I use a WD My Book World Edition at work, and we have several copies of our proprietary libraries backed up to the drive using WD Anywhere Backup. I am interested in being able to pull out all the files that existed as of a certain date, and if multiple versions exist, to only get the latest version as of that date. Is there a good 3rd party utility that can be used to accomplish this? The My Book is mapped as a network drive, so I can directly access the files from Windows Explorer.

Not that I know off

most softwares retrieve the files that were backup with the same utility

I know is time consuming but your option will be to manually retrieve the files from the backup folder
