help i have all my important data on my passport HD and asking for a password i never installed it has a hint saying “us”
Please confirm with any other members of your household since it looks like someone set a password.
The password hint can only be set by someone that goes trough the steps of setting up the password.
is there a crack or can i delete the wd software so i can get to the data? thanks
There is no reset or work around. It sounds like somebody set a password. Does anybody else have access to the drive? If so may be they put one on.
