WD My Passport, Forgot password

i had bought a WD My Passport and i password protected it, but i set it up on my machine so that it auto logged in, i recently changed my machine and i cant find the password even the hint doesnt help me, i need access to the data

is there anyway of accessing the data, by passing the encryption i dont want to have to re-format i need the Data on it

There is no reset of work around. If you can’t figure out the password you are out of luck.
