Albums playing in wrong order - alphabetical!

Whenever I access an album folder from a DLNA device (I have a Cambridge Audio Stream Magic 6 and a Sony Network Walkman), the songs appear and play in alphabetical order. The songs are tagged and named correctly, yet they play in the wring order. 

If I access them from my laptop, they appear and play in the right order. 

This makes me think it may be something to do with DLNA? but I don’t have a clue. 

Can anybody help please as this is a real head scratcher.

What dlna server.

What are your files (mp3, flax?)

Try browsing with artist/album option. It is only way to play in correct order. WD should change that at least for folder option.

The DLNA server built into the WD mybooklive. I thought that’s all I needed?

If I use the artist/album option, it says [Empty]

Strange, I can use any of the offered options on my Onkyo. There were some (empty) messages on the beginning. Try to rebuild your database (in WD dashboard). Does any other play option give you list of songs? Which option do you use?

I tried this and it worked for a while. Then it went back to saying empty! Is there a fault?
