After doing a complete reinstall of my windows 10 operating system and files, which also deleted all my files and settings(trying to free up space) I went to restore the back ups on my My Passport Ultra but my back ups for WD software are gone. Is there a WD or 3rd party software to use to restore my old backups?
I know I can slog through the files under the storage folders but I would like a better solution
