Addition of 3rd drive (with Data)

Hi

I’ve just got my first ex 4100 with 2 x 4 tb populated.
I would like to slip in a third drive from an older single drive nas in order to copy the data over.
How do I get the third drive running in order to do so without deleting data from it?
