When I connected it to my computer I heard 9 beeps and 3 beeps and 3 beeps and 9 beeps from my WD My Passport Ultra external 2TB Hard Disk. What should it mean? Can I recover my data?

It is possible the USB cable is defective. I recommend you try replacing the USB cable and also try on another computer if possible.
i tried different cable and also another computer. Also different operating system. İts not working. Could you suggest another solution.
