I also have an external drive My Passport 070A  and the My Passport dosn’t show on My Computer drive map.

I tried to run the diagnostic and the test result shows as

I appreciate if I can get a posible replacement  if theres no way to repair my HD

Based on this results, it is advisable to replace the drives if they are under warranty, it is not worth, and I think that they cannot, repair the drive.
