I just bought a 2tb WD external HD online. When I plug the power cord in, the light turns on for a second then turns off again. This happens every time I plug it in and it won’t stay on longer than that split second. Anyone have any ideas?
It is unfortunate you are experiencing this issue. Are you connecting your product straight into a wall outlet, or are you using a power strip?
