I recently purchased 2 x 3TB My Book Essential External Hard Drives and I can only get my computer to recognize one at a time, I have to unplug one of them to gain access to the second one. I specifically purchased 2 to have my movies on one drive & TV series on another. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening? My OS is Windows 7.
