Just recently upgraded to Windows 10 and my 2TB My Book is nowhere to be found when hooked up. It works on my GF laptop that runs Windows 7, so I know it’s not the drive itself. Is Western Digital going to release drives for this fix or something in the near future? I see a lot of the same people are having the same problem.

When you say that the drive is nowhere to be found, did you check on device manager? If the drive is shown in device manager, try to remove the drive and re-installe them. I have a My Book Pro Edition 2 (a little over 6 years) and is working fine on My Win 10 Computer.
I tried that. It is found on Device Manager. I right clicked and uninstalled. When it was finished, I unplugged device and plugged back in. It showed up automatically in the device manager, but not other places.
Hi, this is weird. As the drive is working fine on another computer it doesn’t seem to be something with the drive itself.
Have you tried contacting support and see what they have to do?
