I installed as second M.2 in my Asus Tuf Gaming x570 plus wifi board, it’s on the chipset lane slot. When I run any benchmark it’s saying my Seq write speed is really low. Talking 500 MB/S I’m wondering why? I have game mode turned off, had it on, did not change. I turned windows write caching off, tooltip said should turn that off to benchmark. https://i.imgur.com/MKpEde1.png there is a test done with samsung magician. and using AS SSD benchmark it said that the SEQ WRITE was 508
Turn write caching back on
if your SSD is over 75% filled the write performance will suffer, this is why I used 2TB or larger models to avoid that problem
