I can’t recover the password for my My Book Essential 3T external Hard drive. Have mailed WD twice and haven’t heard a peep. Thay must all be dead or deluged with more unhappy customers than they can handle. Only solution is to try and downlaod and wipe the entire thing and start over. Thanks WD! I’ll never EVER buy another of your products again.

Does it mean you forgot the password?
Do you remember the correct password but is not working?
How are you trying to unlock the My Book?
