I was looking for some help please! I’m trying to transfer photos from an iphone to the WD my cloud app on the same device but each photo is showing as 0 bytes when I select it. Changing the wd app user or even folder location don’t seem to make a difference. From my own phone I can access the same folders and upload with no issues. I’m not sure if I need to free up some space on the original device, its 60.9gb full out of 64g (with photos taking up 35.68gb of that). Does the app need a certain amount of space free before it will allow any uploads? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
