Help! I can’t upload from iPhone to cloud via app

I use the app wd Photos to storage all my photos from iPhone.

I have had a problem since april where I can’t upload photos. I get a message with just a C. No further explanation. Please somone, help me. I Need a easy way to upload photos from my phone.
Is there a better app? A way to go around the wrong message?

I tried the app My cloud but for every photo uploaded I get two empty files, it takes for ever to upload photos that way.

When I use the app you recommend I alfats get emot files for every uploaded photo. Theo have the name .HEIC
Do you knop what this is?
I’m not sure if the .HEIC File is instead of one of my uploaded photos or of it’s an extra file.

I only transfer from my photos taken with iPhone to mycloud, so nothing special there.
