Hi I would like to shutdown my WD Sharespace remotely using SSH When I logon with putty I can use command “poweroff” and this works like a dream I would like to create a batch command for that. I tried to use plink.exe but without success. plink.exe -ssh -pw welc0me root@192.168.1.200 poweroff Could anyone help? Marcin

If you search the site you will see different methods. Since the WD MyCloud single bay does not
have any way for the backup power to indicate that power is lost. You need to use your pc to detect the loss of power and tell the WD MyCloud to shutdown.

PS this method can be used to run any script.
