I have an Ex4100 and another Pr 4100 in both active protocols
SSh
Remote Backup
Ftp
It turns out that I can not do Remote Backups with any it is because it is on the same network?
Also can not do on the same network from one to another can anyone help me?

You should be able to perform remote backups. Can you back up the other way around? Try resetting the devices.
