Windows Explorer not responding or slow

fter I installed WD Discovery with MyCloud Home on my computer and synced some data, Windows Explorer now either does not repsond or is hanging or responds extremly slow.

Does anyone know what might be the problem and how to fix this.

The My Cloud Home Public Share is designed and implemented for Windows File Backup. It is not designed for local LAN storage access. Although is can be accessed on Windows and macOS, it was not designed to be used as local LAN storage. Please use WD Discovery and the User Private Space for your My Cloud Home content storage needs.

I cannot understand your comment. I’m using WD Discovery SW to sync data from my PC but now Windows Explorer constantly hangs up or I can’t open it at all which means that I’m not able to access my data locally on my PC
