I have had the same issue periodically on my Windows 7 computer and found that setting the Network Discovery to on and then re-creating the folder share fixes the problem.

Hello, did you try in clearing the credentials on the credential manager? Did you check on the UPnP device Host and the Net. TCP port sharing services?
