What to Do When My 12TB G-Drive Doesn't Mount or Show Up

I’m having an issue with my 12TB G-Drive—it’s not mounting or showing up on my computer. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but no luck so far. Do you have any advice or know how to resolve this? Any help would be appreciated.
