WD TV Live Hub - LED Light Blinking

I am currently having a problem with my WD TV Live hub to where the led keeps blinking in 4 short, 2 long, and 3 short blinks. I have it connected with HDMI to my TV and have never had an issue until now. I have tried resetting the button on the bottom, turning off and on the tv as well as the unit, I am not sure what else to do. 

Can anyone help me with this problem? I really want to use my WD TV ! thanks :slight_smile:

The subject Joey linked to is actually not the error code.   That particular problem was caused by a faulty power switch on a large batch of Hubs.

The Three / Three / Three pattern, as documented in the manual, is a signal of failed hardware diagnostics during bootup.

Ok, Tony … so what’s your helpful suggestion then for kylecop1 ?  if you have any ?

We have already been there with the switch. That does not give an error code as described.

From the manual.

Three short flashes followed by three long flashed followed by three short flashes—A system diagnostic failure has occurred.

This is SOS in Morse code.
