We have had this unit for several months and it is painfully slow to use. It has been updated to the latest formware, reset, cleared, reconfigured and everything else I can think of. Every button press is erratic and slow. It can take 1-10 seconds to respond each and every time. It is increadibly frustrating.
I know this refers to the older unit but could it be your problem?
