hello.
i’m having a problem with hd smartware.
i used it to backup my files on my external hardrive but them when my tech had re-formatted my laptop there was nothing in my laptop.
PLEASE HELP
How did you back thge files up with Smartware? If so you will need to reinstall it. You also may need to do another backup checkout this post http://community.wdc.com/t5/My-Book-for-PC/data-restore/m-p/161586/highlight/true#M5703
