Hi there. I understand there is no purge feature for WD Smartware. Is a purge feature in development and planned for release? If so, is there a launch date, and will it be available on an update? The lack of this basic feature costs me a lot of time sorting out my back-up drive. I guess i could just find another software to use that has this feature, as i doubt i’ll be able to return the drive.

That’s ok. I’ve uninstalled the software now and using freeware PureSync instead. Much easier to use as purges your deleted files from your backup.
