Wd my passport not recognized on my pc

Hi All,

I am really frustrated with wd my passport drive. I purchased it in dec 2017 and that time copied all my data to it. Now when I need that data back I connected it to my pc and drive is not showing at all. I had another backup of same data so I tried to format it as NTFS but started getting data redundancy error.
Can someone help me how to replace it as I need to backup my data soon. It’s still in warranty until 2020.

Unfortunately, data redundancy error results due to bad sectors in the hard drive. You can refer below article to know how to replace your drive under warranty policy.

Hi,

I believe that the drive is not compatible with the system you are using. I suggest you to go to the device manager and and do right click on the drive listed there and update its drive software. Might be this will help you out.
