Wd my cloud home

I have a my cloud home 8 Tb NAS. The power and internet had been unplugged. (I’m Not sure in what order ) then plugged back into power and a new internet modem. Ever since that had happened I cannot gain access through the app or Online.
The status bar on the front stays solid white; never changes. The moment it’s plugged in the light turns on white.
I have done the rest 4 second hold on the back to try and reset it but nothing had changed. I even held reset for 45 seconds and still no change. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any wy to fix this problem with out sending it in?
