WD My Cloud Device cannot detect and shown red LED

Hi, I had been using WD my cloud for serval years and suddenly my WD my cloud show Red LED and I cannot detect the drive and cannot access data. I tried to remove the HDD from the chassis and try to connect it directly to my computer but cannot detect the HDD. Anyone can advise the possible way to recover the data from WD Mycloud HDD?

Unfortunately, my backup Lacie external HDD also has a problem (cannot detect). So, no more backup.

I used both Mac OS and Windows OS laptops. I used WD could personal to share files between my laptops, and mobile devices.

The single bay/single drive My Cloud hard drive is formatted for Linux. One will need to use Linux (boot disc) or a Linux driver for Windows to access and read the EXT4 data partition on the hard drive. And because it’s a 3.5 inch hard drive one will need to use a powered USB to SATA adapter/docking station or a spare SATA port (with power connector) on their computer. Some additional discussion on how to access the extracted hard drive on Windows 10.
