Unit worked a few days ago for the auto back up but today when looking it shows the unit as not initialized and when I click on to open it up it is password protected. The issue is I did not password protect the device. Any information on how got get the unit back to day one and will start all over?
Check if the drive shows the same issues on a different computer.
Try updating the firmware for the drive.
