Hi everyone, I just bought a new My Passport but I really can not find where can I download and restore the software? On the manual is written as follow: “After you have reformatted your My Passport drive for use on Mac computers, go to http://support.wdc.com and see Knowledge Base answer ID 7 for information about downloading and restoring the Mac versions of the WD Drive Utilities and WD Security software on your My Passport drive.” I already reformatted but now I can really not find this Knowledge Base Answer ID 7!!! Anyone can help me, please? Thano you so so much!

Now you can refer to the link “Software and Firmware Downloads | WD Support”. Download the specific sofware which you wants to. So once the software will get installed in your mac. You can use them easily.
