WD ex4100 stuck migrating and I can't sign into the NAS

I’m having a similar problem to the forum link here, after several days of running my NAS seems to be stuck at 5% and I can’t even log in remotely in any way.

Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can do?

I can’t do any of that because it seems like my ex4100 is completely offline
