WD Cannot be accessed in my Computer and is Write Protected

Good morning,

I am currently having a problem with my WD External Hard Disk.

We cannot locate it in my computer so we tried to view it thourgh other methods.

We finally saw it but it was Unallocated.

We tried to format and partition it but it was write Protected.

Can anyone please help me find a solution for our Problem.

Maybe you can try testing and erasing the drive with Data Lifeguard Diagnostics.

Thank for the Suggestion but it did not work.

This error popped out and was not completed.
