WD Access doesnt find Cloud, WD Sync does (Mac)

Hi, wd ex2 ultra works fine. Wd Sync and manually connection. Wd Access App on Mac does not find the cloud- any idea? Thx

You should try to check after uninstalling and reinstalling of WD Discovery. Then install WD Access from Apps section of WD Discovery in this concern.
