Sir I bought a Wd Purple Surveillance Hard Disk on date of 02 apr 2020 and when I’m checking it on the warranty check page on the WD website it shows less warranty. Shokeeper says me this harddrive have 3 years warranty but warranty shows only 2 years 9 months only. Can u please help me.
Support should be able to assist you in updating the warranty.
