Very Slow dashboard

In general I had suffer since the beginning of EX4 with 4 disk of 3GB each slow dashboard load but never time out.

Last days it is impossible to enter dashboard. Takes so long that times out!

Is there a way to login by a command line and delete apps, or change settings that slow down like DLNA?

I am one step to through the thing out of the window. WD do you read these posts?
