I currently have a My Cloud hard wired to an Apple Extreme base station router. I am using OpenDNS as a filtering system. The problem I am having is is that in order to access my My Cloud, I have to have the router in bridge mode which prevents OpenDNS from working. When I switch my router to DHCP/NAT mode, OpenDNS works but now I cannot access my My Cloud. Does anyone know of a way that I can have access to my My Cloud along with having Open DNS working at the same time?
Configure the Airport as you did originally.
Connect the WD MyCloud
Use an DDSN Service such as https://www.noip.com
