We just purchased a 1TB WD Elements external drive. The USB3.0 cord that came with it is extremely short. I am hoping someone can tell me what specific type of USB3.0 cord it is? (With the correct end that would plug into the WD Elements) I would like to try to get a longer one if possible.

It’s type A on the host end and Micro B on the drive end.
