I used dashboard to initiate an update to my SAFEPOINT and received an email alert to say it had been completed successfully. But when I looked at my dashboard it showed that it was still copying.
If I cancel will the update fail? What can I do now?
Did you contact WD Support about your issue as suggested in your OTHER thread about this same issue?
Have you tried a 4 second reset or a 40 second system restore via the reset button on the back of the My Cloud? Sometimes that can solve certain issues.

I note that the screen shots are from Apr 18, so probably date from your original posting.
