Hello. How to update firmware of G-Drive Thunderbolt 3 on Mac OS? I have not seen any information on web.

We don’t have any firmware to update, none is needed.

So I want to reset/update the firmware to find out if it’s really a hardware failure.

You wrote that there is no firmware update necessary. So why there is a update-tool available?
