I found out that after update transmission into my device it doesn’t work. When i try visit page, I see: Service Unavailable and when i try to get to transmission link i get: The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I did not know that. I haven’t installed the update yet. In previous versions, there was no transmission between applications in the single-disk My Cloud. We were installing it ourselves with the bin file.
Could you please tell me, where can I find v1.16 for my device [WDBCTLxxxxxx-10] ? I don’t have app: transmission in my store and I don’t see this app on page: My Cloud OS5 Apps Download Links for manual installation.
Generally only the following apps are supported on the OS5 single bay second generation My Cloud:
GoodSync
Internal Backups
iTunes Server
Remote Backups
Twonky Server
USB Backups
Trying to install apps using the WD indicated methods that are not supported may/will likely fail. There may be unofficial methods of getting Transmission onto the OS5 single bay second generation My Cloud. See the search feature to find many past discussions about trying to get Transmission to run/work:
There may be some unsupported apps for OS5 single bay second generation My Cloud’s, like Transmission, at the following link that one may be able to install and get running. These are not supported by WD.
Thanks for the explanation. So how I understand if I can’t repackage v1.6 for my device on my own, I need to wait maybe somebody to create an unofficial app transmission or I need to find a new device:(
