Transfer big file over 4GB

I just got ex2 8TB, it does not support file size over 4GB, but some of my files are big then 4GB, how can I transfer these files?

but I can use WD MyCloud EX 2 Ultra to download over 4GB file is fine.

a 4 GB limitation is usually imposed when you are using FAT32 file system

Hi, I just bought the same nas and I found the same problem, did you find any solution about that? I know the file system is not fat32 but it is ext4 that support files much larger than 4GB… I can’t find anything to solve that
