If they were giving us a few updates a day saying “hey we’re working on it and it’ll be this long” it’d be much better . Instead we’re in the dark, without access, no timeline on access, and no real idea as to when or what’s going on.

Western Digital Corporation gave a perfectly good press release explanation yesterday morning (Apr 3, 2023), unfortunately few seemed to have read it or understand and it is inexplicable why this WD forum will not post that press release in a separate thread in the News and Announcement subforum.
