This is terrible customer service!

I just spent $1400.00 on drives that I cannot register the warranty for. The chat feature is useless and kicks me off stating that no one is available to help. There should be a phone number to allow a human to help. I have no recourse If these drives fail and I “neglected” to register them for the warranty period. Is this by design? A company of this size should absolutely do better.

You never used to have to register G-Tech products for warranty, it’s there by default. In case things have changed, you can talk to the Support Team with the telephone numbers here :
