Sorry about the delay, I’ve been knackered for the last couple of days.

The background image with the black bar on the home screen is part of the firmware and not the theme. The only thing I could do with it was to increase the size of the image. I could not remove the black area of the image without slowing down the navigation speed. I have added two extra home screens if you want to try them out.

A picture is worth a thousand words.
I have altered the SteArm 5 (LEYCERO) theme to show ‘Main Folder Thumbnails’ that JoeySmyth did in the following link ( http://community.wd.com/t5/WD-TV-Live-Hub-Themes/Main-Folder-Thumbnail/td-p/538325). The only problem is that it does not work in the gallery view. Which is the screenshot you posted.
All you have to do is to rename the thumbnails to the same as the device that you want to use but with no file extension. For example in your picture you have Pirate’s of the Caribbean. Rename it to WDTVLiveHub and make sure to delete the .jpg. I have included a WDTVLiveHub file so you can see what I mean.
And the SMP is the WDTV Live Streaming Media Player which is more or less the Hub without the hard drive.
