I have posted issues about user account and product registration here several weeks ago. And then I send an email to the “wdsupport wdsupport@wdc.com” for some help. But I got the following reply:
This email is not being monitored. If you need assistance from Western Digital please create a support case in our WD support portal at https://westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/ID_Login. If you are responding back to a case from Western Digital, please make sure that no modifications have been made to the subject line of your email as this might hinder the receipt process of your response.
I came back to the website and try to create a support case. It is unfortunately that I still got the same error message when click the “Create a New Support Case” button.
An error was encountered loading the page.
An error was encountered displaying registered products.
So how exactly should I do to make contact with somebody who could help with THESE ISSUES?
